1. Monthly Online and Telephone Q&A Sessions
Every month, Tosh Polpitiye holds Q&A sessions, offering personal support and helping you solve all your HR problems and employment law issues.
We send you a link before the Q&A session, and everybody logs in through their computer or telephone. We open your lines up one by one, allowing you to ask whatever employment law questions you're struggling with.
We'll answer your questions in real time, discussing the situation until you're completely happy.
It's leading technology without any pain.
Worried you'll miss one? All sessions are recorded, and you'll be sent a link to both the recordings and a full transcript every month.
2. Your Monthly Audio Seminar
Every month, we'll send you an audio seminar containing a short seminar on a hot employment law or HR topic, with practical HR advice, legal tips and shortcuts.
It's information you can't get elsewhere and is exclusively produced by Tosh Polpitiye for members of the HR Inner Circle. Want to know what's on them? We keep the details confidential, but here are the titles of a few recent seminars:-
Your Instructor
Thushara Polpitiye, also known as Tosh has been a solicitor for over 20 years and he spends part of this time helping employers and employees overcome challenges on the workplace. He says "you spend 9 to 5, 5 days a week working with people. You see them more than family and friends so if you don't love it do something else!"
He runs a UK law firm, Astute HR Limited, and specialises in helping employers protect their businesses and employees protect their rights.
He set up his own firm in 2011 to break the mould of solicitors.
